Xewan Healthcare Refund & Return Policy
At Xewan, we want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To protect the hygiene of all our customers, skincare products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (with the safety seal intact).

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

Note: Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Damages & Issues (The "Glow Guarantee")
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare/beauty products.

Items purchased on Sale.

Gift Cards.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved: You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
